TERMS
1. A 30% non-refundable deposit + travel fee, if required, must be paid to book your wedding date. Deposit does apply to wedding cost. I do not offer any type of discounts on wedding pricing. Your wedding date will be added to my calendar as soon as the deposit has been sent. I will 'hold' your date for 24 hours after sending this email - and then open it back up if I have not heard back!
2. An invoice will be emailed to you once your deposit has been paid. Remainder must be paid 48 hours before wedding. Via - Cash or original form of payment from the deposit.
3. I cannot promise a reschedule date if for any reason your wedding gets rescheduled.
4. I am not required to keep the photos. You will have access to your album on my site for 12 months after our session date. It is your responsibility to save, print....etc. the photos before then.
5. I will publish some of the photos from your wedding day on my social media.
6. I will not send any original photos. All have been touched up/edited by ME to maintain my style. Please make sure you like my style before booking.
7. I will not morph bodies in any way, even if requested. I can take out a stain or a bruise, zit...etc, but I will not change your physical appearance.
8. TURN AROUND TIME: Please make note of your turnaround time for the package you are booking! I do my best to get photos sent out quicker than my turnaround time, but it all depends on what season we are in. Please, please do not reach out before the TAT asking if I have your photos done. I ALWAYS meet my turnaround time and will send you your personal album as soon as it is finished!
9. If there is a fee to an area (of your choice) that we are using for photos, it is your responsibility to pay that fee.
10. If you want to do any photos that require sparklers, confetti, feathers...etc - MAKE SURE IT IS APPROVED BY YOUR VENUE! Every venue has a different rule regarding fire/confetti.
11. I require a timeline and photo list 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. I don't recommend sending it too early as things are always changing until day of - but feel free to send any rough drafts! I will send examples of both. I'm here to help make this stress free for you! We can meet for coffee or have a phone call if you need help planning your timeline! I'd love to help!
12. I will have questions about your day once I get more info from you/ a timeline. I will want to know what your expectations are and what type of shots are most important to you so I can do my best to make your day perfect.
13. Please make you have an event planner or close family member/friend helping to coordinate the day and making sure we stay on schedule!
14. ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS: If your package includes engagement photos, you're responsible for reaching out to plan those. My weekends book really quick, but usually I'm able to work these in on weekday evenings. I don't do sessions on Saturdays, as they are reserved for Weddings. Sun - Thurs are my available days for sessions. I'll travel 60mi round trip for Engagement Photos - anything past that will require a travel fee of .50cents per mile, due day of session! WEATHER: In the event that the weather conditions are not desirable for the session based on Photographer recommendations, the session will need to be rescheduled. Due to liability and equipment damages this decision will be at Photographer’s discretion
15. I am not responsible for any missed photos due to lack of cooperation from wedding party or family members.
